As a certified B.E.S.T. and Spiritual B.E.S.T Faciliator, I have completed not only the required trainings for Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique but I also have studied extensively in areas such as non-violent communication, somatic therapy, Neural Linguistic Programming, eNLP, as well as two RYT 200 yoga certificates and breathwork.
As someone who was born with a Lupus condition which affected the connective tissue of the body, I know what it means to struggle with health. From early childhood my life has been s string of broken bones, torn ligaments and tendons, joint surgeries, hernia surgeries, joint replacements... my first joint surgery was when I was 16 years old.
I've tried it all, from the conventional to the weird to the "woo" to try to overcome the condition that was causing my body to suffocate itself. At one point, a real goal of mine was to just live long enough to see my daughter graduate high school. At one point, I had heart specialists, arthritis specialists as well as my regular doctors and a team of holistic care including nuturitionists and a chiropractor as well as taking every training that sounded like it would put a piece of my puzzle in place. Not only was it financially depleting and time exhausting, it was impossible as a long-term solution.
And then I found Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) and I've gotten to feel a level of health I haven't had before in my life. Now, my life is full of miracles and I am so excited to facilitate miracles in your life!

"I originally went to Meredith for achy hips and knees. I knew nothing about Bio Energetic Synchronization but I was willing to try and amazingly my pain diminished greatly my joints seemed to heal. Later I tore a quad muscle with internal bleeding and swelling and Meredith was able to locate the source of my injury which allowed the muscle to lengthen and release and healing to begin. The process is non invasive and healing comes quickly. It feels like healing energy is directed towards the injury.
